Terms & Conditions

  1. Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

  2. This agreement must not be use as a receipt.

  3. This agreement is undertaken between the customer and the receiver authorised by the Co. and issubjected to final approval & acceptance by the company.

  4. 20% of the total agreement sum must be paid to the Co. as compensation if this agreement is cancelled by the signee.

  5. A 10% deposit of the total agreement sum is payable upon acceptance.

  6. A 40% payment of the total agreement sum is payable upon start work.

  7. A further 40% payment is payable upon 70% of work done.
